About us

Amy Goffena FNP BC-ADM is the founder and provider at Alliance Health and Wellness PLLC. She began this service to promote health and wellness in all her clients.

Amy is a native Montanan, born and raised in Musselshell County. Graduated from nursing school at MSU Bozeman in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Science in Nursing. She then began to work in rural Montana, then Billings, caring for patients in the emergency department.

After over 20 years of nursing experience Amy decided to return to school and receive her Family Nurse Practitioner master’s degree in  2021. Since receiving her FNP she has been focusing on caring for the LGBTQIA+ community with transgender care and endocrinology with a focus on diabetes management.

Amy has a passion for caring for everyone with compassion, utilizing a shared decision-making approach. She has three grown children and spends her free time paddleboarding, gardening, and enjoying music with her friends, family, cat Minnie and dogs Bentley and Monte.
