Alliance Home Warranty is very selective when it comes to choosing our contractors. Before placing a contractor into our network, a thorough screening process must be followed and all requirements filled. Screening a vendor includes state license verification, a better business bureau check, an internet search and detailed reference verification. Successful candidates are allowed into the network on a “probationary basis.” A short time after the probationary period, a customer survey is performed to ensure the contractor meets our customer satisfaction standards.

Contractors who are successful through the probationary period are congratulated. These contractors, like all others throughout the Alliance Home Warranty network, are continuously challenged to maintain high standards of service. Critical feed back gathered through customer surveys, the Information Hub and both internal and external auditing tools are assimilated and provided to the contractor in order to better them as well as us. After all, the contractor is our front line and is the first face seen by our customers.
